Global gender equality is still over 100 years away. The quickest way to get there is by getting more women into positions of political leadership.

But the ‘confidence gap’ means many motivated, qualified women will never stand for election, because they don’t think they’re ‘politician material’. Women don’t need to change - but our country’s outdated, gendered image of power does.
